Regulations

### 1. General Provisions * Use of the library is free of charge and available to anyone after registration. * A valid ID must be presented during the registration process. ### 2. Borrowing and Returns * Users can borrow a maximum of **5 books** at a time for up to **30 days**. * The reader is obliged to return items on time. Overdue fines will apply for late returns. * If a book is lost or damaged, the user must replace it with a new copy or pay its full value. ### 3. Code of Conduct * Users must remain quiet in library spaces and respect other visitors. * Smoking, consuming alcohol, and bringing disruptive items into the library is strictly prohibited.
